The World at Large

  The descending sun spooks me, As it reminds me of impending doom. The fate of the world hanging on  the joker wearing the crown. A game of deceit and endless conspiracies, Rigged to make the hidden emerge strong. ‘Come one come all’ The sign bellows. Not one peasant decided to enjoy the menu. They are sinking to fall in their own broken ship. All towing to head into the dark abyss. We enjoy playing the game when it is, Someone else who’s head will twirl if they miss. But when the trigger loads and the target is us. When the bullet wants to grab hold on us. We run so far, without a hitch. We run to never stop to check. What happened to those who tried to save us? What happened to the joker who longs for love? What happened to the magician, is he still sick? The old man, next door, did he get his tip? The world of our species amuses me. To see the world move by so cheap. The moon is now out. It winks at me. The stars shining bright following me. The world beyond our species, Fascinates

What is Justice?

  To some people justice is a wrongdoer getting a jail sentence, to others it represents a league of superheroes. Justice can be a miraculous superpower that seemingly makes sense for your loss or it can be a compensation of a crime that could have been prevented. Justice can be fame.. talent...money...power...potential...love...honour...life or even death.  So why am I writing about something that can be so many things? Because though Justice is one of the most common words in the world, it is the one thing that is found so little in life. The thought of justice puts one to bed at night and gets one up for years. But how this miraculous justice is going to be rewarded to them forever remains a mystery...Some firmly believe that they should be treated right while others consider it as a  missing piece.  Truth is, for me justice is given the opportunity to follow your heart. What if I told you I travelled through time, If I said I saw dinosaurs alive? What if I told you of a time , where robots ruled and we barely survived? Would you, in your right mind, believe the words that I recite? How about if I described running trees with fangs? And what if I said I had witnessed the Big Bang? How about now,is your answer still no? Do you still refuse to see the truth in these lines? Ok fine. I understand your reply, You think that I’m crazy and out of my mind. But how is it possible that you blindly believe all of their endless piles of lies. They say they saw it, they swear they did, How are you so sure they didn’t just fabricate it? You believed their weaved words of fiction, And burnt bridges with those who are real, All based on hearsay, and not the real deal, So tell me if you think they were being honest How could you not believe the words I just recited to be flawless? - Mahathi.S .

The relationship between a brother and a sister is always too complicated to explain in words. It’s more or less a feeling of being looked over and constantly taken care of. A brother is someone who can make you cry the loudest and laugh the hardest within mere seconds. He is someone who possesses the extraordinary talent to annoy you till the end of time while simultaneously making sure no one else but him ever does that to you. An overprotective teddy bear that you always have by your side. Someone who gets you, someone who knows you and someone who grew up with you. Every shenanigan you do is somehow documented in his head, and no one is a better partner in crime than your own blood. Yes ,you two fight, you have wars and endless battles, but that doesn’t decrease the love you two have even by a bit , does it? So, to all the multitalented superheroes out there, today is your day!
